Description

Angel Bear Yoga is a children’s yoga program created to nurture the spirit of a child while fostering a sense of wonder and deep appreciation for nature. Both parents and children (aged 2 and up) can enjoy this quality family activity together while learning poses representing positive character traits. This class is taught by trained Angel Bear Yoga instructor Lynette Walker, who currently works as a Parent Educator with the Parents as Teachers program at the Children’s Council of Watauga County. This class is free to members or with paid admission to The Children’s Playhouse ($5 per person), but registration is recommended. Also offered 11:30-noon Saturdays, March 13th, and 27th & 10:30-11:00 Saturdays, April 3rd, 17th, May 1st, and 15th
