Description

Learn how to trace your family history using online sources in this free class.

Registration is required (call 846-2041 x227).

This is a hands-on class in the library's computer lab, so participants must be comfortable using a keyboard and mouse.

This is part one of a two-part class. In part one, we will talk about basic genealogy research skills and learn how to search for vital records on Ancestry.com's Library Edition. Part 2 of this class will be held on Friday, March 26th and will cover HeritageQuest, FamilySearch, and book resources available at the Ashe County Public Library.
