La Leche League of Boone Monthly Meeting

La Leche League of Boone is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to help mothers to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, education, information, and encouragement, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of both baby and mother.

Meetings are informal and are open to pregnant women, mothers, babies and children or any other women who may be interested in learning more about breastfeeding. If you have questions about breastfeeding or just would like to meet other breastfeeding mothers, this is the meeting for you. With a membership, we offer discounts on La Leche League merchandise, monthly e-newsletter subscription and access to our book and clothing lending library.
