Description

Camp UREC offers a once in a lifetime camp experience! Rising 1st-9th grade children of the High Country are encouraged to come participate in fun, active, programmed activities all while enjoying Appalachian State's beautiful campus! Your camper will learn about fitness, sports, and the outdoors while also participating in weekly crafts, dressing up for costume day, learning to climb on the climbing wall, and swimming.

Special events will be held once a week; these events include learning to snorkel, visiting the ASU Mountaineers Football locker room, and playing relay games with Yosef. General camp includes rising 1st-6th graders while special programs such a Adventure Week. Lifeskills, Guardstart, and Counselor in Training are offered for the 7th-9th graders.
