This is a two week camp where the kids learn basic and advanced techniques in creating a character for the stage, character relationships onstage, improv techniques, make-up applications for looking older, younger, sick, hurt, etc.

Along with gaining experience in these theatrical disciplines the kids will also discover the history of the High-Country. They will learn about Moses Cone, Jullian Price, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Elliott Daingerfield, the Battle at King's Mountain, etc. The kids will then write a play based on what they've discovered and publicly perform the play at the end of camp.
