Brad Stroman reception at Morning Star Gallery

You are invited to an artist's reception honoring painter, Brad Stroman, on Friday, September 10, from 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM. Brad will be on hand to show his acrylic paintings for which he has gained considerable acclaim. As and artist-activist, Brad combines his passion for art with hs concerns for our environment. His paintings have won awards and honors from environmentalists as well as art enthusiasts. Mr. Stroman's art is included in nearly 100 private and corporate collections, and most recently, two of his paintings were selected by The Hudson River Museum in New York for the exhibition, Paintbox Leaves. Visitor's to Morning Star Gallery will see examples of Brad Stroman's paintbox leaves as well as oil paintings and sculpture by Greg Osterhaus, Linda Leeger Stokes, Trena McNabb, Louise Keranen, Rod Shaw, Jonas Gerard and Nan Jacobsohn. The gallery's focus on fine American crafts includes large, blown glass vessels, works of wood, ceramics and pottery, and artisan jewelry.
