Tuesday: 5:30pm Vinyasa Flow with Hilary
Wednesday: 9:30am Vinyasa Flow with Sara & 6pm Yoga Basics with Sara
Thursday: 9am Gentle Yoga with Courtney & 5:30pm Community Groove with Blythe
Friday & Saturday: 10am Power Vinyasa with Sara
