Exercise for Beginners. Learn cardio, toning and stretch techniques as well as healthy eating and lifestyle tips. Don't know how to start a fitness routine? Join us for this fun, friendly introduction to living a healthier lifestyle. Ages 14 and up. $8/single class or $6/each for set of 10 classes.
